This beautifully renovated French farmhouse combines authentic rural character with modern comfort, creating a perfect retreat for families and friends. Just minutes from the popular bastide village of Eymet, it offers generous accommodation, flexible spaces and one of the most inviting outdoor living areas imaginable — you’ll want to spend every hour of the day in the covered courtyard, dining, relaxing and soaking up the sunshine. There is air-conditioning in all of the bedrooms apart from the bunk bedroom.
Accommodation
The property has been fully renovated to a high standard, while retaining the warmth and charm of a traditional Dordogne home — exposed beams, stone walls and light-filled rooms throughout. With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it ideal for large families or multi-generational holidays. The large kitchen is superbly equipped with everything you could need such as range cooker, American fridge freezer, dishwasher, a large island with bar seating and large wine fridge. The living/dining room is accessed from the kitchen and has a farmhouse table perfect for family meals. There are comfy sofas, a large TV, beautiful soft furnishings and plenty of space for the group to hang out. There is also a wood burner for cooler evenings.
The living room opens directly onto both the covered courtyard area and the back garden and overlooks the pool area.

Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed to offer flexibility and comfort. The linen and towels are all top quality and the beds are luxurious.

Outdoor Living
This property truly shines outdoors. The covered courtyard and veranda span the centre of the farmhouse, offering a shaded oasis with a large dining table, comfortable seating, and views over the gardens and surrounding countryside. It’s the heart of the home and perfect for long lunches, evening barbecues or simply relaxing with a book as the children play.
The heated saltwater pool (12m x 6m) has a travertine terrace and plenty of pool recliners as well as parasols for shade and the most fantastic view across the French countryside. The pool has a shutter cover for security.There is a large gas BBQ in the Courtyard area as well as a built in charcoal BBQ which is around the side of the house. The farmhouse sits centrally in the plot with lawned gardens surrounding it and mature trees. Everywhere you look there is a beautiful view across fields and woodland.

- Bedroom 3 is a king bedroom. This bedroom has air-conditioning.
- Bedroom 4 is a small Bunk Bedroom. Please note that this room has a small window and is opposite Bedroom 3 so ideal for a family with children. There is no air-conditioning in this room at the moment.
- There is a downstairs bathroom with a bath and separate shower which is ideal to be used by guests staying in Bedroom 3 and Bedroom 4
